Easter character baskets

Chick Easter Basket

You will need:
Basket
Yellow spray paint Yellow acrylic/poster paint
White feathers
Paintbrush
Black card
Orange card
Glue gun and glue sticks
Pencil
Scissors
Directions:
1. Spray the basket with yellow spray paint. Leave to dry.
2. From black card, cut two small eyes. Glue onto the front of the basket.
3. From orange card, cut a small triangle for the nose and two small feet.
4. Glue the nose and feet onto the basket. The nose, just under the eyes and the feet onto the base of the basket.
5. Glue a bunch of feathers into each side of the basket, to create the 'wings'.
6. With yellow paint, brush each feather lightly to dust the feathers with a touch of yellow.

Easter Bunny Baskets

You will need:
Basket
White paint
Craft wire
Wadding or toy stuffing
Black card
Pink card
Glue gun and glue sticks
Pencil
Scissors
Directions:
1. Paint the basket with white paint. Leave to dry.
2. Mould two bunny ears from two separate pieces of craft wire.
3. Using thin strips of wadding, carefully wrap the wadding around each wire bunny ear. The aim is to cover the wire completely.
4. Once both ears are wrapped, attach each ear to the inside back of the basket using craft wire and glue.
5, Draw and cut two eyes from black card.
6. Draw and cut a nose and mouth from pink card.
7. Glue the eyes and mouth onto the front of the basket.
